Description:
Real, lasting change takes more than one session. This package gives you the structure, support, and space to understand yourself more deeply and build a life that works with your ADHD, not against it.

We begin with a dedicated planning session to explore your values, strengths, goals, and what's been getting in the way.

Then six coaching sessions keep you moving forward, followed by a final retrospective to consolidate everything you've built.

Between sessions, you'll have accountability check-ins by text or email, because support shouldn't stop when the call does.

All sessions include personalised follow-up notes.
