Unveil ADHD provides life & ADHD coaching. Coaching is a forward-focused, collaborative partnership designed to help you set goals, build strategies and thrive with your ADHD brain.
What coaching is not
- It is not psychotherapy, counselling, or mental health treatment.
- It is not a medical diagnosis of ADHD or any other condition.
- It is not a substitute for advice from a doctor, psychiatrist, psychologist or other qualified healthcare professional.
- It does not include prescribing or advising on medication.
When to seek other support
If you are in crisis, experiencing suicidal thoughts, or in need of urgent mental health support, please contact your local emergency services or a crisis line immediately. Coaching is not an appropriate primary support in these situations.
In Ireland you can contact Samaritans free on 116 123, or in the UK NHS 111. For other countries please use your local crisis service.
Ethics & standards
Margherita Frezza works to the ICF Code of Ethics and holds relevant ADHD-coaching training. Coaching sessions are confidential within the limits set out in our terms & conditions.
Your responsibility
You remain responsible for the decisions and actions you take as a result of coaching. Results vary from person to person and no specific outcome is guaranteed.
