Refund & Cancellation Policy

Rescheduling
You can reschedule any session free of charge up to 24 hours before its start time by emailing unveiladhdcoaching@gmail.com.
Late cancellations & no-shows
Cancellations made within 24 hours of the session, and no-shows, are charged in full. For packages, the missed session is deducted from your remaining sessions. One compassionate exception per package may be granted at our discretion.
Refunds — single sessions
- Full refund if you cancel more than 24 hours before the session and it has not yet taken place.
- No refund for sessions already delivered.
Refunds — coaching packages
- Before the first session: full refund minus a €25 admin fee.
- After the first session: pro-rata refund of unused sessions, valued at the single-session standard rate (€85), minus a €25 admin fee.
- Monthly instalment plans remain payable in full for the agreed 2 months once coaching has started.
Free discovery calls
Discovery calls are free. Please cancel or reschedule at least 12 hours in advance so the slot can be offered to someone else.
Free downloadable resources
Free resources are just that — free. There is nothing to refund, and you can unsubscribe from the mailing list at any time.
EU consumer right of withdrawal
Consumers in the EU have a 14-day right of withdrawal from digital services. By booking and attending a session within that period, you expressly consent to the service starting and acknowledge that the right of withdrawal is lost once the service has been fully performed.
How to request a refund
Email unveiladhdcoaching@gmail.com with your order number. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 14 days.
