These terms govern your use of unveiladhd.com and the coaching services provided by Unveil ADHD, run by Margherita Frezza ("we", "us", "our"). By booking a session, purchasing a package, downloading a resource or using the site you agree to these terms.
1. Services
We provide non-clinical coaching for adults with ADHD, delivered online via Google Meet. Coaching is a collaborative, forward-focused conversation — it is not a substitute for medical, psychological or psychiatric care. See our coaching disclaimer.
2. Bookings & payment
- Discovery calls are free and booked via the website.
- Paid sessions and packages are purchased through our Shopify checkout in EUR.
- The New Client Trial Rate is available once, only to clients who have not previously purchased coaching.
- Package instalment plans require all agreed payments to be completed.
3. Cancellations, rescheduling & refunds

4. Your responsibilities
- Provide accurate contact details when booking.
- Arrive on time, in a private space with a stable internet connection.
- Engage honestly and safely; you remain responsible for decisions and actions you take.
5. Confidentiality
Session content is confidential. Exceptions apply where disclosure is required by law or where there is risk of serious harm to yourself or others, in line with ICF ethical guidelines.
6. Intellectual property
All content on the site, including free downloadable resources, is © Unveil ADHD and licensed for personal, non-commercial use. Please do not redistribute or resell.
7. Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability arising from the services is limited to the amount you paid for the specific session or package concerned. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Ireland. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Irish courts, without prejudice to consumer rights you may have in your country of residence.
