This privacy notice explains how Unveil ADHD ("we", "us", "our") collects and uses your personal data when you use this website, book a discovery call, purchase a session or package, download a free resource, or subscribe to our newsletter. We comply with the UK GDPR and the EU GDPR.
1. Who we are (Data Controller)

2. What we collect
- Identity & contact data: full name, email address.
- Booking data: date/time of your discovery call, any notes you share.
- Order data (paid products): items purchased, billing/shipping details processed by Shopify.
- Marketing preferences: your newsletter opt-in and consent record.
- Technical data: basic device/browser data via essential cookies only.
3. How we use it & legal basis
- Consent — sending the newsletter, delivering gated free resources.
- Contract — arranging discovery calls, delivering coaching sessions and packages you purchase.
- Legal obligation — keeping tax/accounting records for purchases.
- Legitimate interests — securing the site and preventing fraud.
4. Who we share it with (Processors)
- Shopify — hosts our store and processes payments for paid products.
- HubSpot — stores contact records, bookings and marketing consent.
- Google (Calendar / Meet) — schedules discovery calls and issues meeting links.
We do not sell your data. Some providers may transfer data outside the UK/EEA under appropriate safeguards (SCCs).
5. How long we keep it
Newsletter data is kept until you unsubscribe. Booking and coaching records are kept for up to 6 years after our last interaction (to meet tax and professional obligations). Downloaded-resource leads are kept while you remain subscribed.
6. Your rights
You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, port and object to processing of your data, and to withdraw consent at any time (without affecting prior processing). You can unsubscribe from any newsletter email. To exercise any right, email unveiladhdcoaching@gmail.com. You can also complain to the UK ICO (ico.org.uk) or your local EU supervisory authority.
7. Cookies
We only use essential cookies required for the site and cart to function. Shopify checkout may set its own cookies as described in its policy.
8. Changes
We may update this notice. The "last updated" date above will change accordingly.
